What kinds of TVs and electronics do you repair?
We repair LED, LCD, Smart, Android, OLED and QLED televisions of all major brands, plus general household electronics. Our work includes component-level jobs most shops send away: motherboard and circuit-board repair, power supply boards, LED backlight replacement, HDMI port micro-soldering, firmware flashing and Smart TV software installation.

What are your opening hours?
Saturday to Thursday we open 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM and again from 4:30 PM to 10:30 PM. On Friday we open evenings only, 4:30 PM to 10:30 PM. The live open/closed status on our website always reflects Al Ain time.
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
You are welcome to walk in during opening hours — no appointment needed. If you prefer, message us on WhatsApp or call 050 387 8112 first and describe the fault, so we know what to expect before you arrive.
How much does a TV repair cost?
It depends entirely on the fault and the panel, so we do not quote a price before seeing the device. We inspect it, tell you what is wrong and what it will cost, and only proceed once you agree. You will never receive a bill you did not approve first.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes. Every repair we perform carries a 30-day warranty on the work done. Keep the invoice we send you and contact us if anything related to the repair recurs within that period.
How do I know when my TV is ready?
Every device we take in gets a job ID. We message you when work begins and again the moment it is ready to collect, by email or WhatsApp, and you receive a proper invoice once payment is settled. You can also call 050 387 8112 with your job ID at any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, card and bank transfer, in UAE dirhams. An itemised invoice is issued for every paid repair.
What languages do you speak?
Our team serves customers in English, Arabic, Malayalam and Hindi.
How long have you been in business?
Al Ain Anwar Shop was founded in July 1991 by the late Abdul Kabeer N.M. It is still run by the same family today — his brother Rasheed N.M. and his son Mohamed Shameem PA — with more than three decades of repair experience behind the bench.
